30 Day Fun Family Challenges 

Very soon my unique 30 Day Fun Family Challenges will begin!

The challenges are designed to resolve some of those very common family problems that we battle with each and every day.

The first one will be ‘Look after Yourself – Mind & Body’

A reminder to all parents of the need to look after yourself physically and mentally in order to be enabled to cope with the demands of modern day parenthood.

The challenges will be fun and interactive the most important part will be for you to join in the forum, which will be up and running when the challenges start.  There you will find full instructions on how to participate.

Challenges to follow include:-

Sleep

Saving Money

Behaviour

Work at Home Moms (and Dads)

But start with ‘Look after Yourself’ and that will better enable you to deal with some of the more difficult challenges to come.

Each challenge will include a set of lessons, and all the resources you will need to achieve your goals.
